One of those articles which is interesting, but I've also got no idea if what he says is right or not. I take his point about html being a bit fiddly, but the web seems to have worked awfully well as it is, and personally I can't see what would be the kind of step-change improvement he seems to feel is needed.

there's always going to be a browser type thing to navigate through networked information, so i think his argument overdramatises things a bit...
