I use Google reader, but am not in the habit of sharing items. Will check this out. I get an RSS feed from Fitzrovian Tuesdays, so I might share those items in an attempt to create a continuous feedback loop.
I've removed my reader box for a couple of reasons. One, that I'm trying to reduce web distractions that cause me to waste time and procrastinate - so I've deleted lots of my RSS feeds. And two, because if I give myself a nickname for the shared reader page, then it uses the same name when I send anyone an email from my gmail account - but I don't want my shared public page to have my full name on it. So I will just post anything interesting in the conventional way.

Ahaa, very good. The universe doesn't seem to have collapsed yet however.
Could move move the Edinburgh by Cameraphone feed down so the shared feeds are grouped together.
