I don't approve of this video business. Not that I've watched any of them, but I don't think that sort of satiritical humour travels well. I've tried watching that 'Daily Show with Jon Stewart' - a sort of American Rory Bremner without impressions - and it just doesn't do it for me.

Haven't been to The Onion for months. Still very good in places, but overall feels as if it's run out of steam a bit.

I wondered if the Onion could ever make enough money to keep going. I suspect all of their best gag writers are now working for the Simpsons etc
