Fun with Nanotech

I don't know if nano technology will save the world or not, but it does look like being quite fun

colin, re the previous linux conversation: did you try ubuntu out? I'd be really interested in a review of it at some point, from a complete beginners point of view (I assume you haven't used linux before?). What you found interesting and cool, what you found difficult or frustrating, etc....any chance you'd have time to do something like that on here?

I'll have a go at some point, Seamus, but don't know when I'll get around to it. I just gave my old laptop away, too, so would have to install it on my current laptop that runs XP. If I did it from a disc, as you suggest, presumably that wouldn't mess up my normal OS in any way? And what if I ran it from an external hard drive with USB2 or firewire?

Happy birthday, by the way. I had a couple of pints in your honour and, er, St Tanglefoot Bitter.
